Wu Ying Tao is a blended style of karate and kung-fu. This style utilizes the structure of karate and the strategies of kung-fu to build an incredible art that works with any body type.
Designed for all ages 4 and up.
Modern Arnis is a Filipino style that utilizes a rattan stick to teach skills you can use with any weapon with minimal modification.
Designed for adults, youth at certain levels can participate.
