 7 day Program 

The program is designed to cover everything in Set 1, Set 2 and Set 3.  Those that are working on advanced can choose to work on the basics or their advanced set as they are working on the Sets for the day or in sparring.  

​

1.  There are 7 days of workouts.  Each should take about 30 minutes.  

 

2. Train in your Uniform – it helps you get into a training mindset.

 

3. Stay on your Goal!  Give 100%.

 

4.  Post your video clip on the TSD Martial Arts Group in FaceBook.

Bag Tag - set out bags, have 2 people on each bag. One person punching the bag, the other trying to get the honker. Movement should be back and forth not in a circle around the bags.
