Basic Self Defense workshop

Self-defense isn’t only about knowledge, it’s about having the confidence and the ability to use the information that’s available to you.
Our Women’s Self Defense workshops teach real-world skills that focus on avoiding and deterring an assailant. We work with you to build confidence and to develop instinctive habits that you can use to protect yourself in any situation – in private, at the workplace, or in social settings.
The empowerment of knowing how to defend yourself extends far beyond the workshop itself. Confidence and personal accountability are necessary skills for self-defense that also enable you to be more effective in your personal and professional lives.
Our sessions are 2 hours long and recommended for ages 13 years old and older.
We also offer workshops at a variety of levels, including: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Conceal Carry Advance.
