Set one attacks with spins. Key point for all spins is pivoting and leading with head and hands.

Set one attacks with step spins.

Set one attacks with folding elbows (folds).  Key is to throw the punch to score then redirect if necessary.

Set one attacks with simultaneous block and counters. Key point is to score with hip.

 

Aerials using set one attacks – key points:

            Ready stance needs to be low (coiled like a snake)

            Elbows to knees

Range changing - kick, punch, elbow or knee, punch, kick. (1-2-3-2-1).

Simultaneous kicks. Front, round, back, side, and spinning reverse.

 

Understand the Priority Scale. Attack, Attack with Cover, Setup, Defend, Chaos, Stop.

Retraction blocks with set one.

Make up a kata, with a minimum of eight opponents.

 

Double simultaneous block and counter against set one.

Infighting set. Eyes, Ears, Grabs, Elbows, Knees, Cross Kicks, Hips, Shoulders, Head Butt.

 

Set one blocks with arm locks.

Demonstrate leg locks.

 

Instant counters set one. Key is to understand the trigger, get in and away.

Set one with fakes.

 

Set three kicks with rolls.

Set one punches with rolls.

Drop falls with set three kicks.

Ground sparring.
