For all levels. Come train with ladies that love to train! No egos allowed we are here to learn and practice with everyone.

5:30 - 5:45 Warm up meet and greet
5:45 - 6:00 Striking art - Our style is Wu Ying Tao (similar styles: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung-fu)
6:00 - 6:15 Weapons art - Our style is Modern Arnis (similar styles: Eskrima, Filipino martial arts)
