About the event
Events:
Sparring - Striking arts, score to the Head body or groin with control to score a point.
Padded Stick Sparring - Continuous sparring with 2 side judges and a center judge watching for hits to the stick hand and head, and control of the ring.
Grappling- 2 minute rounds to submission of a large joint (wrist, ankle, Shoulder, Knee) (chokes for black belts only)
Age Groups:
Mini (4 to 8 years old)
